Could you please clarify something for me. How did you register the warranty? Neither of mine came with warranty cards and I called Loomis and they said manufacturers defects are repaired with proof of original purchase.

Did you have a physical warranty card that you sent in?

I bought an NRX LP and there was no warranty card. I called and ask about registering the rod and they said it wasn't necessary. I do have the receipt just in case they question my veracity
