This may be an odd request, but it never hurts to try.
Orvis sells a small fly box called the "M2 lock and load". It's a yellow clam shell box approx 2" x 3" with plastic compartments. I tried to post a pic but open heart surgery was easier.
Anyway, Orvis only sells them with their lanyard. If you happen to have one lying around not being used, I would be interested in getting it from you.
