That last one, Eunan, is the world famous (ok, that's just in my mind but it should be) Deep Green Beauty. It has roots that go back to Carrie Stevens' Green Beauty, but the similarity ends there.

If you're ever cruising around my blog, I did a whole step by step on it.

The first time I ever used it, I hooked 7 atlantic salmon in one day, fishing in the spring on the Miramichi.

    Tie some up!
    Gary

    P.S. It's tied on a Partridge CS15 10XL Carrie Stevens hook, size 4.

Yes, that's the one! I've added a little more bling in the wing to this one, but its one and the same. Yours are for casting, this is for trolling. Although in size 4 such as it is, it might cast.

You're inspiring me so keep 'em comin' Gary. I'm tying with landlocks and squaretails in mind as well.
I promised my fishing partner that I'd put him onto a trophy brookie this spring

Sad but true, Eunan...I stockpiled Whiting American white capes and saddles before the, er, explosion of interest. I have your address, I'll send you a few matched pairs. My treat.
