    Default Silver Rat

Part of a batch headed to the Bonaventure this summer. Never tied it before, but will definitely do a few for myself and give 'em a swing come July.

I really like that one Uncle Gary, interesting, the longer I look at it the more I want to KILL IT, am sure the fish will think the same thing!

I was going fly fishing until my wife suggested it, now I can't tell who is outsmarting who!

Being "one with nature" requires a knowledge of what animals are living nearby and a weapon of sufficient magnitude to give you at minimum an equal chance of survival. No one has an invisible aura that animals can detect and sense your good intentions.

Glad you like it, guys! The hook is a Gamakatsu T10-6H, which has become my go-to heavier salmon hook. Their 3H is a nice low-water hook, too.
    Dave, you crack me up!

Very nice neat work Gary and at that magnification there are no doubts.
