Prepping for Big salmon fly show in Seattle Ina couple weeks - Atlantic Salmon Fly International -ASFI, so I blew out some cobwebs tying this one

I really like the large Slabs of woodie in this version of the inimitable Silver Doctor

That is a lovely fly. The lines and colors with the natural patterns of the feather are beautiful and lift this fly far above a utilitarian exercise. Would you really fish that beautiful creation?
