    I am thinking of other colors to make the woolly bugger too. I would like to make some other colors too just don't what yet or other flies for bluegills.I know I want too keep it simple for now. As all you know I am new at this. lol.

    Since I believe I know a few other flies you will be tying soon, I would recommend these colors of chenille to buy for wooly bodies. black-yellow-chartreuse Marabou feather for tails. black for sure, others that suit you. One of the only good things about my starter kit was I had bit of this and that in many colors so I could mix the colors up without spending a million bucks in supplies. But I'm addicted to flies already, and have started making payments on my million dollars worth of supplies I'll someday have.
