Flyfishing Bangkok Pilot 111 and Bon Nur Baramundi Snakehead

Hi folks
i stay in thailand 3 months first week bangkok, and managed a cheap trip to a fishing pound first bor num and pilot 111

this package i dont use it, 6500 was too expensive, i get a public bus, and i managed to make this trip by my self for 700 baht

Thanks for sharing your adventures munichnative and showing you can do these trips on your own if you try. I have fished those same barramundi ponds I believe if they are out beyond the airport? I guess they all look similar anyway. They are a fantastic looking fish in their silver armour.

I have still to get a shot at snakehead but prefer wild fishing now I have had my fill of the ponds - the jungle barb species are pretty cool too. Next trip over I will be getting to some of the rivers after the mahseer also hopefully.

hi paul, i was in dry season at the national park kao sok, i tried to catch jungle perch and mahser, but it was the wrong season and the fishes are ver spooky
the professional guidings was too expensive...i dont pay 1000 euros for 3 days
