If you tie leaders directly to fly line via albright, you need to do this.

This is called a Rizutto finish and has been around for a long time.
I did not know this finishing lock had a name but is standard with the Bimini Loop. It is sometimes used with an Albright too, particularly when using it to direct knot backing but might add extra bulk at the fly line tip with heavy butt material.

I know it's called a rizutto finish, I couldn't find an online how-to that named it by that. I find it really nice for the finish on fly line to butt section of leader. Worth a try to see if you like it too!
