N NE Saltfly New member Messages 2 Reaction score 1 Location CT Feb 12, 2020 #2 No more than a 6 (no 6+ lines, imho). I have that rod and love it, but it is on the soft side. Oops, now I see the post is 7 yrs old. I hope the angler figured it out by now!
