Not sure bugger would be the perfect nomenclature though. Bugger implies three characteristics: marabou tail and chenille body with a palmered hackle.

The second video is good. Unless I missed it no clear close up picture of the finished product. Definitely not a bugger, more of a large soft hackle. There is a least one bugger pattern that I know of tied with pearl braid. Since I have a couple packs of those hooks, mainly planning to tie mop flies on them. I'll give the pattern a shot with a couple of them. I can't think of any lake around here that has white bass, but it's definitely a good fry pattern that should be deadly on crappie and pan fish.
