Default Re: Abel Reels

I am an older guy with a son who is 26. He is currently not in the position to spend big bucks on top quality equipment. I have been fortunate enough to be able to splurge on items once in awhile. I have bought an Able TR1 and currently am awaiting a Super 5n with every intention of myself and my son using. Someday he will be the only one using them and remembering. I consider it money well spent

Totally agree, they are great reels and it is also nice they are USA made. I just wish they could get some ownership that doesnt fall through every few years it seems haha

I was actually getting ready to buy a 5N, but made the mistake of going into my local shop and saw the black edition Hardy 4000DD. I just need to win the lottery now.
