  1. Default ROSS CLA or G-Loomis Eastfork reel.

Looking at purchasing the TFO TiCr 9' 5 weight and was stuck now between these two reels. Any advise would help me a great deal. I am told from many that both are great reels and some say that the drag on the G-Loomis is just amazing.

    Thanks in advance,

    Pavel

For me it would be the Ross....dependable, great customer service and U.S. made....but I've never used the East Fork so can't honestly compare the two.

The CLA is a very solid piece of equipment, a great value at it's price point.

I choose fly rods the same way I do women, motorcycles, and cowboy boots...
go with what ever feels good, and keep on hand as many as I can afford

If you're any where near an LL Bean store, you can buy a Ross Evolution
    for $153
