Default Re: ross rods??

I bought my daughter a FS four weight last year. It is great for her because it is light and easy to cast. She only fishes for small brookies a handful of times a year.

I have also fished a friend's FW. I am not sure why these rods do not get more press than they do. For just over $200 I don't know if I have ever fished a better rod. I owned a Sage Launch at the time (comparable price range) and the FW was far more responsive.

I like my Scott A3 better than all of the Ross rods, but it is over $100 more and made in the USA. Not quite an equal comparison.
