I have a Conolon. They were the first company to introduce the tubular glass rod. Good for them. My rod's a POS and therefor can not recommend one.
I'd say that they're all about equal in quality. You could just pick the best deal and go for it, but I wouldn't pay more than $25 for any of them, even in "as new" condition.
If it were me, I'd keep looking

I looked at those rods.....
That South Bend looks sweet.
The other two, not so much.
I have one of those Garcias (a different rod than my Conolon) You don't want that.
