Echo Shadow rods
Was wondering if any of you folks have any experience with these rods and what are your opinions on them?

Thinking about trying one out for nymphing here in the Smokies of Tenn.

Thanks for any info.

Re: Echo Shadow rods
I generally like Echo rods, but in this case I'd sooner spend the same amount and get a 2nd rod as well-

Now you can convert your 3 weight 8 foot BVK fly rod (by TFO) to a 5pc, 10 foot fly rod for High Sticking Nymphs and Longer Casts.

It's simple, just remove the butt section on your 3 weight 8 foot BVK series fly rod and add the 2 piece conversion kit .. and now you have itů A 5 piece 10 foot fly rod that will shoot line farther and help you cover more water while nymphing.
8' 3wt- $230, Conversion kit- $100

3wt, 2pc, BVK 10 Foot Conversion Kit by TFO: Fly Fishing Gear - Burleson Sporting Co.
