Winston's relaxed action rods ?

I never fished a Winston, but I have to wonder, did last years advertising get to fast?

I fish my Winston 8 ft. 2 piece (tmf) on the smaller streams and love it. I wish I would have gone with slower action rods from the start. More my speed.

I took a FF class today and the demo rods we used to practice were Winston Rods, 5wt 8'6" Wulfe signature series believe, a very nice rod. I liked it alot. Felt very comfortable for my motion and timing. God I hate it when that happens. ;)

Winston Stalkers or other Winston glass are slower than any graphite they have ever made. If you can find one, you are going to pay dearly.
