    Thanks for the tips on the Tip repair. Never thought to heat the blank. Just planned to heat the tip. I started to use a permanent glue then realized if the tip went bad I would be screwed. Did it tonight with my hot stick and it came out great. Just have to wait to see how it holds up.

    Sorry for my Screw Up I deleted my first Posting as I posted in The wrong Place.
    I do as Dan does the only Thing I will stress be very careful with the Heat as you really don't need a lot to melt or remelt The Glue.
    I've bought The same stuff on Ebay which gives directions & lasts for years.

    Do not heat the blank !
    You need to avoid doing that, which is why I suggested that you protect it with masking tape.
