TFO TiCR or Finesse 5 weight rod?

What are the big differences between these two rods that would help me make my decision a little easier. Any help would be great.

From my understanding the Ticr is a fast action rod and the Finesse is a medium to medium fast action rod.

This is correct. Those are probably my two favorite TFO rods, but their action is totally different. The Finesse is a softer actioned rod that will work well on smaller streams where you are frequently casting less than 30' and needing to protect light tippets attached to large fish. The TiCR will work better as a stillwater/drift boat/streamer rod when you need power for longer casts.

Polar opposite rods, for short casts and spooky fish the finesse is the rod, but for quick casts in faster water to larger fish, the TiCR would do better
