    Yup, it's alot like your Irish Spring pattern; I remember that from last year when you hosted the Chironomid swap.

    This pattern works for swiftwaters, too. I used it a lot last year in the riffles and short runs; as a substitute for a Copper John (red), which is one of my early season go-to flies; hung off a dry as a dropper.

    Nice flies, can't wait for spring so my favorite lake unthaws. Heck, I might have to try pyramid or some other lake soon, I think I may be having a stillwater jones going

    Flies are in from Chris-- some great looking black midges. I'll send a PM to everyone and will update the thread and swap status (1st post on 1st page) as your flies come in.
