    Mark,

I an sending you my flies today...I have tied the Elk Wing Caddis #10 as it is a very productive fly for my region. Kinda my go to fly when nothing else is working. Really great for Bass, Crappie and some of the larger Bluegill.

    Regards, Boser

    Mark, You the man !

BTW, did you ever use that reel? I would like to know what you think? I have since procured a Trout series reel that I really like. The larger arbor just seems easier to see the line and manage it once I get a fish on.

    Mark,

I got mine all tied up this weekend. They'll be in the mail to you on Monday. Sorry for being 2 weeks late on this swap.

I borrowed a little from Andy Brasko's tie, some from Ray Bergman's book and threw in a little something for myself. With all that variability, I'm just calling it a Blue Dun Wet.

    Here's a pic.

    ...and the recipe:

    Blue Dun Wet

    Hook: Mustad S80-3906, #8
Thread: Danville Flymaster 6/0, adams gray
    Tail: Mallard primary feathers, paired
    Body: muskrat dubbing, lt. Dun
    Rib: Danville fine wire, silver
Throat: Hen cape, med. Dun (Herbert Miner)
    Wing: Mallard primary feathers, paired
