If mods are ok I'll host, or we can go with central host. If you're interested, express it here and we'll see how many are game before anyone is pot committed.

Eunan: Sounds like an excellent plan, you can plan on being the swap host, thanks for volunteering. I will jump in if we can't get enough tiers, but want to wait to give the other members a chance to get in the swap.

I think I'll follow suit and go with a hot butt partridge and peacock. Either in #16 or #14... Haven't fully decided on size...

I'm interested. I saw the Shark's caddis larva on another threat and was planning on giving that patter a shot. When do you think you would want the flies tied? I don't have all the materials at the moment so as long as the flies don't need to be in the mail within the next two weeks I'm in.

Also, I'll get in on this with the Diving CDC & Elk by Hans Weilenmann in a size 12.

I've got 10 flies tied! If someone else signs up, I'll tie another. If not, I need to know where to send them.

Recipe:
Hook: Tiemco 2499 SP size 12 or smaller - I used a TMC 2487
Bead: Black tungsten size 3.3mm or smaller. I used a 1/8"
Thread: Benecchi 12/0 green - I used an Orvis 8/0 med olive
Thorax/Dubbing: A hare's mix in dk green or dk olive - I used a dark olive Hare's Ear Plus
Abdomen: A sparse or skinny (as Hans calls it) CDC feather.
Wing: Sparse amount of deer hair
