    dave-

That was not a criticism, just a suggestion to match the size of the naturals down the road (nymphs and emergers in overall length) when they show up on the water. There is no beauty contest in the swap, so anything you tie up will be perfectly fine and all levels of tyers are encouraged to participate.

Hope fully we'll get a few more takers in the swaps.

didn't take it as criticism, took it as advice on how to tie better flies. No worries from my end.

OK, got 12 tied for this swap, and working on the PTNs for the BWO lifecycle swap. If Ok with you, I will send them togethter when they are both done and tagged.

I'm going to tie a WD 40 in either a size 20 or 22 (depending on how the eye sight does) in olive to imitate a BWO emerger. Usually size 20 is about as small as the eyes can handle, but this is a pretty simple (but truely effective) pattern especially when fishing to those PHd educated fly refusal fish.

Tammy's flies arrived today- they look great!

Dave 2 bucks should cover it, or you can put a stamped (not metered) return envelope inside. Either way is fine.
