Hey guy's just wanted to apologize for withdrawing from the swap.I seem to be the only one.I told Dewayne to add me when this swap started but explained to him i had some health issues i am dealing with and i was not sure if i could complete it.My health has taken priority right now and i cant be a part of the swap. This would have been my first swap here and i was looking forward to it.You guy's have tied some really great looking flies and i am betting there will be many panfish dinners after they all get sent to their new homes.Hopefully everything will work out for the best and i can join in on a future swap.

Dont worry about it. Life gets in the way of fun sometimes. Your health is more important than a fly swap and I'm sure there will be many swaps in your future

It looks like all the flies have arrived that are going to arrive. Great job fellas, everyone that agreed to move forward with the swap got their flies to me before the deadline. Swaps always go smooth when everyone does what their supposed to. Thanks for making my job easier.

ia_trouter posted in the poll thread that he was willing to continue with the swap, but I have not heard from him directly in the thread or in response to my PM's. I am assuming he won't be participating. Luckily a few members have stepped up and tied some extra flies so we have 12 sets of flies and everyone will receive 12 panfish flies and 3 bass flies. We also have a set ready to mail out as a good deed as soon as we get an address. That may take a little time, but i'll make sure they get where they are supposed to go. My thanks to the generous fly tiers in this group.

I'm going to look through the flies and the thread posts and make sure we have pictures of all the flies to share with forum before I divide everything up.
I'll box things up either this weekend, or early next week and get everything shipped out. When I drop them in the mail, i will post in the thread and PM everyone to let you know.

As a reminder, here is what everyone sent in.

    1. ia_trouter- the McGinty, and three reverse tied deer hair bass streamer flies. assumed withdrawn

    2. ottosmagic13-bully FLIES RECEIVED

    3. Gillage-X-gurgler FLIES RECEIVED

    4. Kentuckysteve-Ant Pattern (WITHDRAWN)

    5. DonW-flying ant FLIES RECEIVED

    6. Flukefly-Stayner Ducktail FLIES RECEIVED

    7. Johnny Maltby- yellow deer hair spiders FLIES RECEIVED

    8. bocianka1- flip flop poppers *hosting*/FLIES RECEIVED

    9. nuchamp- Predator FLIES RECEIVED

    10. The Mad Duck-Sinking Spider, foam/hair bass bugs FLIES RECEIVED - gold star for being first

    11. Philly- Yeller Fly FLIES RECEIVED

    12. Fly rod buddy (paul) Rio getter or airhead minnow FLIES RECEIVED

It's been a lot of fun seeing all the flies arrive. I can't wait to get out there and fish them. I hope we can do this again. Even though swaps have had some bumps in the road, i'd like to see these continue as they are a great way to bring us together and share our hobby with each other. thanks for everything gentlemen.

Everything is boxed up and ready to ship. Since tomorrow's a holiday, I'll drop them in the mail on Tuesday. Nice job everyone. The flies all look great and i can't wait to get them out on the water and try them out. Thanks to everyone for a great experience. Hopefully we will all get the chance to do it again.
