Great you're both in too-- Joni a 30 midge will be amazing!

John (Dean_MT) your March Brown will be neat to see-- i've never been out there in time to see your western version-- the March Browns here in the east are a different critter, usually size 10 or 12.

Great Mike, glad you're OK-- and now you'll be able to see Joni's size 30s!

I have been wanting to tie up some "Better Winged Olives" which use goose biot for the body. Since BWOs are an early hatch around here, and I want some for me, how about I tie some up for this swap as well.

We grow some pretty big March Browns here too, I may up it to a #12, we'll see.

I finished a dozen today, I think I better make this two dozen...LOL Two each One for the fish, and one for the bush.

I have 6 done, man are my eyes getting bad, tying in these tailing fibers is a pain even with putting a little thread dam on the back. No way I could tie on size 30 Joni. Anyway, I am half way there.....

It's a size #14 with a biot body and paraloop (or hackle stacker) style hackle. It's pretty ubiquitous fly, should fish well anywhere. I'm half done! Let's get this filled up.

I gotta tie mine up and get them in the mail early, cause I guess we still use pony express from Reno to Mark if the last transit time is any indication ;)
