Yes, I have a few different sets, they make great foam bodied hoppers, Chubby Chernobyls, wing cases for stone flies, etc.

You can add one more to the list of guys who have multiple sets of River Road's cutters within easy reach of the tying desk. They cut foam clean and easy, and the cutters help make for a better looking "bug" when all is said and done.

Thanks for the link, Fred. It reminded me to add another set of cutters to the Christmas "wish list" needed by the "Speaker of the House" before the holidays...

At first I thought this was a post about a new politician making the scene.

The Summer edition of Fly Tyer Mag. 2017 has an article about using a hole puncher to make a segmented floating tail to attach to a Carp fly. Very Creative and you can use many colors of foam. They use a standard 1/8 inch hole punch. Check out the article. This type floating tail resembles a floating worm! Also check out Hobby Lobby because they have many different hole punchers of various shapes. Some may be useful for fly tying.
