Do any of you ladies and gents buy your tying materials in bulk?

I bought bulk hooks (2-3000?) around 1978, I'm still using out of that lot. Of course some sizes I ran out of.
By number of trout flies that can be tied from one, any full genetic cape or saddle is buying in bulk, as is a skein of yarn.
So to be clear, what do you consider to be bulk? A dozen full deer hides, 50 capes?

No I don't buy in bulk, I get get the materials as I need them. That way I get to go to the fly shop more often and get all the stuff I don't need!

I do as much as I can because I do some commercial tying. Mostly hooks, but will buy other things in bulk.
