I'm sorry, but when so many people are trying to simplify, I can't imagine needing a multi piece device to avoid having something just sitting on my desk right there within reach.

Now if I'm misunderstanding, (and I might be, I couldn't stick with the video to the end) and this is a mistimed April Fools joke

I'm too clutzy to use that. I'd constantly be knocking the trays off, running my hands into the tools, or snagging the wheel and tipping the whole thing over.

I agree it would be a hazard for me.I don't like the magnets holding it all together or the idea of it being under my vise.I would be picking things up all the time.Also the tying scraps would fall directly into the tray.
It may work if it were off to the side on the desk.I used a lazy susan like this at one time to hold tools and materials and it was pretty handy.
