P.S. Does anyone know what Orvis call the bar for loading the tippet reels on these packs???...can't find them on their website.
    Receipt says "tippet spool holder."

I wish they would make it in other than camouflage. I hate camouflage,,I like the pack.

I like the digital cameo a lot. It makes it look very modern and advanced. All preference though.

Well, I do think it might be the best thought out pack available. I might just have to deal with the camo...and go for it. I thought about the Patagonia..but it just doesn't trip my trigger. William Joseph and Fishpond do not have anything that interest me. I have an Orivs chest pack,,the 'Aurora' color one..and love it. Butt,,I need a wee bit more room.

So far, the Guide pack impresses me the most of anything out there.

I doubt you will be disappointed. Like I said in my review, its not hard to find a pack big enough to hold everything, but its hard to find one that holds it all conveniently with enough separate compartments.

Plus Orvis lets you return stuff for any reason so there's not much to lose.

Wasn't included when I bought it in the store. Not sure if that is correct or not. Maybe its an addition.

That's odd I would contact orvis because it says in the description on their site that the tippet holder is included

Yeah I looked at it after you commented. It does indeed say it on the site. Maybe they changed it since I bought it, or maybe they only do it online. Either way, great product.

I buy lots of stuff from Orvis. Not as a 'social statement' or status symbol,,but because I can depend on Orvis. They build wonderful rods and reels and their other gear is always top notch.

I can see the Guild pack in my future.

    Thanks, guys
