Default Name that fly fishing company....

Okay, I've been looking for these lip grippers for toothy critters that are almost scissor like in appearance. The company has an orange drawing of a fish with a spikey dorsal fin. I thought the name of the company was "Rise" but I'm obviously wrong and I've searched in every way for over two hours. Can anyone please help? Thank you in advance.
