I've been working 80+ hours a week since before the beginning of season and haven't had any time for fishing, or life for that matter. But finally today I went fishing at my favorite local river, had it all to myself and caught 6 browns, 5 in the 16"-18" range. They were all strong, or maybe I'm just exhausted, but I had a great full morning at it and have a smile on my face as I get ready for work tonight. I don't think I'll have another day off until the 4th of July so I hope the memories of today get me through.

edit to add; I caught them all on the quill winged wets I learned to tie this winter, that was the most satisfying part.
