Default Bugs-->Artificial Flies References ?

Does anyone know of a good book, website, or chart that shows what artificial flies can be used to imitate a specific insect? I own Matching the Hatch by Hughes but he only shows 1-2 artificial flies per insect. I am looking for a much larger reference where you can flip it open to a "PMD" per se and see what nymphs and flies can be used to imitate. Does such a database even exist ??
