Default Fly Fishing Downtown Richmond Va

I would post this in the regional section, but those threads don't seem to get as much attention. I am going to Richmond Va for the weekend and am planning on doing some fishing on the James River. Anyone from the Richmond area that might be able to point me in a good direction. I was thinking about fishing Belle Island.... primarily for Smallies.
