    If you want one, on the 'cheep,' just take a DT line and clip off the front taper.

    I have an old fiberglass silaflex rod and reel that had an eight weight level line spooled to it. I think it was used for bass bugs. I tried it once and it was possible to cast--the big poppers didn't allow you to cast precisely anyway.

    As was said earlier, it isn't as difficult as people make it out to be.
