I took your philosophical statement to mean that you had done the legal things, followed the proper channels and it was basically out of your hands.
You now can blow a gasket over the incident and let it ruin day after day of your life or you can accept what's happened and have gratitude for the things that are truly important. My Father, now gone, was one of the toughest, but wisest men I've ever known. He would say you've learned your lessons well.

My point being, don't assume the worst in others, or jump to accusations.
I wasn't assuming just going by what I read, I don't have a dog in the hunt but if it was me now is the time to go for the throat not turn the other cheek.

wow this thread got interesting while I was gone. I guess to state my position of "zen" in this matter is along the lines of I've passed everything I have off to the authorities and we'll see what happens. Am I willing to pursue further cival and legal action? Yes. Vigilante justice? No

Yeah, let a thread sit around here for awhile and interesting things can happen. Just don't ask anyone if Abel nippers are worth the price

Should we start taking bets about what he is going to try to sell in the classifieds?
