Its on the back of the line cutters I got. The only thing I could think of is a thing to help with knots but im not sure.

What Ard said!

I have one that's supposed to be used for jigs. It has a pin like that too for clearing paint out of the hook eye. Problem is it doesn't fit all sizes of hooks.

I end up using the point of another hook most of the time!
