    Default Brookside Fly Rods

In case anyone is willing to take a chance on an inexpensive saltwater rod, check out "Brookside Fly Rod" at the big auction site. I bought an 8 wt rod and think it's a bargain. Granted you won't be able to get any warranty service because the rod maker supposedly decided not to market these rods and now they are being sold off. However, they do come with a spare tip.

Forgot to mention that I don't know how many they have, just noticed that the seller puts a couple on at a time. When they appear, you have an opportunity to "buy it now" for only $100.

Fit my budget and I think the quality is excellent.
