I've never touched one, but they sure are pretty, and you're the first negative comment I've read about them. If yours are other than black, they cost more than $50.

Fish graphic are $100, they are pretty but I couldn't bring myself to spend that much on nippers.

Do I see replaceable cutting blades on those fancy nippers? That seems a little like replaceable bristles on a tooth brush.

Ignore me, I'm just jealous because I don't have any.

I have yet to have a bad fishing related gift. Knock on wood. My parents even have bought me good tying material and my father in law has given me some great tools. My wife just gives me fishing money to spend as I see fit.

The 'Wishlist' feature on Cabela's website is a handy dandy item. I can wish for exactly what I like and there it is under the tree on Christmas morning...or whatever holiday my wife and kids are buying me something. I love it. No dealing with returns or finding a place to put something that I have no use for.

Cheap analog scales for weighing fish. What's the point in weighing a fish unless it's an accurate digital reading? I can guess just as well as that little contraption.

I also received pajamas with fish on them. I actually wear them on occasion.

Haha. I can't find them...?

I guess they're actually some sort of lure, not fish.
