Default Does anyoine have any info on Hubless reels?

I have a couple of new sticks coming my way within the month. Both new rods will have great meaning to me!

Sooo, I am looking for something a little different.

They will be going on a 4 and 5WT.

Just cant find much information on them. Ultimately, I would like one C&P and one sealed drag.

Any experience or knowledge will be gladly appreciated!

I've been trying to score a Hardy Marksman c&p on ebay for the last couple months. Apparently I need to bump my budget up, the demand I'm seeing must say something!
Should have bought the only one I ever saw in person when I saw it.
Unique in appearance, very light.

These might fit the bill, not really hubless, but a non-traditional spindle. Made in USA. Aspen Fly Reels-Fly Fishing for a Lifetime
