Welcome to the forum! Tell us a little about yourself.
How long have you been fly fishing, what type of water do you like to fish, do you tie your own flies?

Hi Gary,

Your friend must be a good guy if he is a member of NAFFF. Welcome to the forum.

Yes, we do need to know more about you. It would be real helpful to other members if you included your location in your profile. It is not required but other members can better relate to your questions and answers. A general area is fine.

Re: Newbie
Well alright now. Info about me. I've been flyfishing and tying flies for about 6 or 7 years. Still really a novice I guess. I lived in Southern California all my life until about 15 months ago when my wife and I moved to Roseburg, Oregon. I have a house that is about 100 yards from the N. Umpqua River and I spend most of my fishing time trying to fool steelhead into biting my fly. So far no luck there.I did put a link to my quazi website in my profile, but when I look at my profile the link doesn't show up there.

Tight lines.
