    Default Hardy reel collection

As some of you would know I have asked many questions about hardy reels. This is my first shot at adding a picture so forgive me if i mess up. Here are some of my reels.

    Nice,

I never had a cabinet for mine, and have sold all but a few since the British Pound Sterling took a turn for the better. I still keep a few and buy and sell some.

Please don't be afraid to bore me with a PM telling me all the models and sizes you have. I do love the old Hardy's.

Dude, I would consider selling you my username / handle due to your huge batch of reels you could use it.

Pm's not necessary. A lot of us like Hardy's. Tell us in this thread.

Well Guy,s. The picture in question contained all Marquis reels from the 3-4 up to the 9. The shelves that they are on was a CD rack and they are in fact perched on empty CD cases. I shall post another picture and see what reels are spotted. Be patient because I have more than 90 old Hardy's and if at all interested I will try and show them all. Thanks for the comments.

I live in shame, the picture didn't want to enlarge for me and so I was guessing at some of the reels. The one on bottom shelf with the black hardy emblem at the center of the spool, I've never seen a Marquis like that only Viscounts.

    Go ahead show them,

Now I know why Hardy reels are getting scarce. You've got them all.

    Nice collection.

It looks like an old Spitfire St. George or one that has lost all of it's finish.

Good call it is a Spitfire finish and it has never had line on it. A real beauty.
