Silver Monkey

Ok......what can i tye with silver monkey??? is it an endangered specie??

Bought out part of a fly shop....(may have) gotten some really wierd materials.

I do not remember which patterns but silver monkey is used on a few Atlantic Salmon flies. As for whether or not they are prohibited as material I don't know. I would not advertise having any until you determine legality.

Have an Atlantic pattern call silver monkey in my archives.

Was looking for more useful patterns........trouty or bass.

I guess I would just use my imagination and create something I thought would work. Based on experience with any particular area I've originated some very productive patterns.

Give it a shot, post the fly, fish it, and let us know how you do.
