Starting this thread at the advice of fredaevans posted on the UK site. I am completing my tying before the short 8 hour drive each way to Hot Creek in the Californian Sierras. I have tied these in sizes from #18 to 24 in the hope that they will catch. From top left CW: BWO(20), BWO cripple (22), klink (20), Tupps (18), Grey Wulff (18), jungle beetle (16), Adams (20-24), RABs (18-20), PMDs (20), peacock midge (18-20), hopper (14), parachute/foam midge emerger (22), and assorted cdc caddises (16-22). Collected now in one place.

Thanks for looking, C&C always welcome!!

Hugh

Depends how desperate I get, especially during a mixed hatch. Once had a very mixed hatch on the Roaring Fork, with the air full of green and brown drakes and caddises. Had a selective riser that ignored a stimulator, a cdc caddis, a green drake and took a Tupps. I'll try anything when I can't figure it out.
