Default Marylands tie fest 08

This is probally one of the best events around the maryland area and its free
this will be my second time this year. you will never see this much fly fishing or fly tying info under the same roof.

Kent Narrows Chapter
What: TieFest 2008 (pdf)
When: February 16, 10am-6pm
Where: Kent Island Yacht Club, 117 Yacht Club Dr, Chester

Tie Fest is a grassroots effort to further the sport of fly fishing. We gather as equals to teach and to learn. Over the past eight years, Tie Fest has grown from eight to hundreds of like minded individuals. This year shall prove to be bigger and better than ever. Various attractions and sponsors are listed below. This year we are pround to support the Maryland Artificial Reef Initiative with a silent auction and various raffles.

Admission: FREE, Tie Fest has and will always be free and open to the public.

wow i never knew that was so close to home for me, but sadly i want be able to make it becuase i'm at college right now.

oh and P.S. winchester creek outfitters is a great fly shop, they guys their are really nice and they allways have some kind of special event going on like casting demonstrations and what not. if you live in the kent island area/ or middle eastern shore you should deffently hit them up
