could someone suggest a kit to start tieing fly?

Many options check out the Peak vise and tool kit listed in a thread further down then select materials of choice for what you want to tie.

Find a good fly tier and discuss your budget and the flies you want to tie. Have him/her select the tools and materials that fit your budget. Kits usually have marginal tools and very poor materials.

It will save you money and you will get EXACTLY what you need.
