Do you use all 3 of the shanks? Like - small, medium, large, then your trail hook?

When I live in florida I used live bait ballyhoo. Now I don't live in Florida haha but wanted to see if I do a Ballyhoo fly. Heres a 6" Ballyhoo Tube Fly. What y'all think? Work or no. Think a GT will obliterate the tube? Probably should be a metal tube.

Just this. I was bored the other day and was wondering what to do with these glass beads. I really have a hard time tying biots.

The one on top was my first, then it went down hill from there.

It feels like it’s been ages since I’ve had the time to sit-down and tie some flies... To shake the rust off, I gave Tim Flagler’s “palomino midge” a whirl.
