    Rubbish. It's beautiful. Nicely done.

Finally made it home. 30 hours of travel turned in to 48 hours and a night in the Holiday Inn Roach Motel of Houston. Thanks to the rampant incompetence of United Airlines and SFO International Airport. None of it weather related either. Nuff said on that. Blood pressure is just getting back to normal.

To relax and unwind, decided to try out the new material I discovered and it turned in to a wormy night.
For some reason this thing isn't showing me the pics are uploading until I click on preview post. And its not letting me type anything in-between each pic so the below worms are as follows top to bottom:

    Blue Raspberry Crush Crystal worm
Grape Ape Crystal worm (this one is more purple than the pic depicts)
Cotton Candy Surprise Crystal worm (this one is actually pink, glitter must be reflecting the light)
Key Lime Pie Delight Crystal worm

Sent off a pair of these 4" buck tail game changers to hunt in Ohio with their new owner.

    Hey guys,

Here is my version of the "Pole dancer" This fly was originally designed for bass in the SF bay Area. The first time I seen the fly I knew with a little work it could be converted into a top water killer for Mexico game fish like Dorado-Rooster's Sail fish and Marlin. I weighted the rear end and used different materials then what was originally used I also tie it in some juicy colors and use a larger head for more splash it still looks a lot like the Poll dancer, however I call it the belly dancer-Hope you like it?

I found one of Kelly Glissmeyer's patterns for a Spring Creek Scud in an old thread here on the forums. Naturally I din't have any of the required materials required for the pattern, but I thought I'd give it a shot:

Not as pretty as one of Kelly's, but it looked too tasty not to try out. And I think this dog will hunt.

This was my first attempt at using Solarez resin. It was bit messier to use than I expected, but sure seems to have some potential.

A couple of questions for those with some experience: Solarez comes in three flavors, I used the 'flex formula' for this bug. Is that correct?

I also put a few winds of non-toxic wire around the center. Is that standard?

How could I have done this better?
    Tight lines!
