  1. Default Unnamed Stream Today Midday

Fished Bugger Gut in Crawford County

Typically a good brook trout stream. No brook trout seen or caught.

    11 browns...biggest 12ish inches....did have about a 17er follow.

Called Warden Cross due to NEW manure storage area with in 40 yards of a stream.

Manure piles up hill of stream.

Any major rain could cause disaster.

Sounds like you had a great day on the water. Had some field work to do for the past 2 days so I packed my rod. They generated yesterday and it rained cats and dogs today. lol

I was going fly fishing until my wife suggested it, now I can't tell who is outsmarting who!

Being "one with nature" requires a knowledge of what animals are living nearby and a weapon of sufficient magnitude to give you at minimum an equal chance of survival. No one has an invisible aura that animals can detect and sense your good intentions.
