I've got to be honest here; you took fish that magnificent and treated them that way??????

I watched the film clip and cringed.

I will try to be as blunt but courteous as possible. Fred, these fish were caught netted, quickly photoed/videoed and released unharmed. I run into this rarely but some people are proponents and advocates of rivers they never fished, places they have never visited and judge scenes and events they were not a part of. I appreciate your concern, but these fish were unharmed. Maybe you never caught a monster trout and wanted to take a quick and short video of it. Also, you maybe didn't notice the gentle release of him in the video. You are entitled to your opinion and I will take into consideration your complaint. Once again... you were not here... you have nothing to complain about. Having studying fish biology and being a fly fishing guide, I can assure you that. Thanks again and I hope to see some of your fishing photos/videos so someone can scrutinize your achievements.

Excellent reply Jim. I've seen fish handled a lot, and I saw nothing in your videos that would lead me to believe that the fish were injured in any way.

Frankly, I read Evans reply and cringed. It always ruins my morning when someone pisses on some elses fun. Get a life.

Great fish for sure...but I'm kinda with Fred; someone once told me taking a played fish out of water is like having your head held under water after running a marathon
