Sheboygan river...

Thinking of going to fish the Sheboygan river late sep or early oct for salmon. Reading some old posts from prior years it sounds like the fishery is a shell of its former self. Anyone have any recent experience on the river? Thanks in advance!

If you mean the Sheboygan River in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, then you would likely get a better response if you have the moderators move this thread to the "Driftless" region section of the forum.

If you mean the Cheboygan River in Cheboygan, Michigan, then you're in the right place yet need to change the spelling so we know.

The forums sort of leave something to be desired. Driftless on one side of the state and Great Lakes on the other. Maybe Wisconsin should be in both? And I won't even go into "up north".
