I've got the 489 circa and absolutely love it. Is my favorite trout rod.

I haven’t fished it for a while, since I bought my ONE 486 but I just broke that rod so I have been fishing the Circa more lately. I forgot how awesome it is!

What a lucky soul u are. A 389 Circa AND a 486 ONE. Those are two of my most favorite rods. Plenty of power for their size n wonderfully communicative tips. I too have caught larger trout on my Circa and they are a handful, but not beyond the rods abilities. Hope u get ur ONE back soon.

Yes, I absolutely love both rods! I have been thinking about trying to find a Circa 379 to add to the quiver, or maybe a Dart...

St Joe Westslope Cutthroat. Two over 14 inches and a few a little smaller. Watching those big fish hit the fly was the highlight of the day. My no-name nymph caught a couple too.



You know the St Joe you know this spot on the road. Saw two guys down below working a net.
